10 raw shrimps, 3 large eggs, 8 strips turkey bacon, 2 cups long grain rice, 1 large onion, 1 large red pepper, 2 tablespoons garlic paste, 4 tablespoons crushed red pepper, 2 cooking spoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 5 tablespoons bullion cube, salt to taste. |

Thaw the shrimps in a bowl of ice water and make sure it remains cold because warm water causes bacterial growth in raw seafood. Remove the shell when it thaws.

Stir fry the sliced onion and red pepper. Season with bullion cube, crushed red pepper and salt. Then set aside. |

Season the shrimps with garlic paste and bullion cube. Fry then set aside. |

Cut the turkey bacon strips and fry. Then set aside. |

Beat the eggs, season with bullion cube and fry. Then set aside. |
|
Mix the onion, red pepper, shrimps, bacon and egg. |
|
Add the boiled rice, crushed red pepper, soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Stir fry and serve. |
