I wanted it to be spicy so I used 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper and I wasn't satisfied X_X. If you don't eat spicy food you can use just 1 tablespoon and if you're like me use 3 tablespoons of cayenne pepper. I served mine with fries and ketchup-bbq chicken wings-Raheenah's style (the recipe is coming up soon).

How are you guys doing? I can't believe it's 15th of January already, I can remember when I said happy new year anyways I'm grateful and I hope your week is going well. I decided to go for "Mule oh Mule". Mule shoe trend continues in 2015.

OUTFIT :: Mule oh Mule

Nigerian pancake is spicy and sweet. I added onions to make this pancake savory. You could use sliced scotch bonnet instead of ground cayenne pepper.

Incase you haven't prepared this soup before, it can be strenuous. I'll advice you to make it on a weekend when you have enough time on your hands. The first time I made this soup, I made it for my dad and he loved it. It's one of my favorite soups and it's made from regular brown beansIt can be eaten with semovita or yam flour. The perfect combo is: Amala, Ewedu and Nigerian stew. This is how I prepare mine:
