You need potatoes, salt, adobo seasoning, olive oil, chili powder and curry powder. Kindly fill out the poll below/side, thank you.
Wash and cut the potatoes into 1" wedges. |
Place the potato wedges into a pan with salted water. Let it boil until a fork pierces through easily. |
Drain the potato wedges. |
In a bowl, toss the wedges with olive oil, chili powder, curry powder and adobo seasoning. (You can add salt if it's not enough). |
Fry the seasoned potato wedges. |
