Recipe: Juicy grilled fish




To make your fish juicy or moist add vegetable oil or stock to the marinade.


You need: 2 cloves garlic, 1 medium red pepper, 1 large onion, 1 scotch bonnet, 1 teaspoons curry, 2 tablespoons adobo season, 4 tablespoons onion powder, 2 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper and 3 tablespoons red pepper flakes.

Roughly blend the onion, garlic, red pepper and scotch bonnet. Add the seasoning, vegetable and mix well, Set aside.

Rinse the fish very well. Make slant cuts in the fish. Rub the marinade on/in the fish.

Marinate for 50 minute or more.

Place the fish in a foil paper. Add the sliced onion. Pre heat the oven to 400F.

Wrap the fish in the aluminum foil.  Place it on the oven rack and bake for 20 minutes.
