Thaw the frozen tilapia fillet. Rinse with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. |
Season the flour with salt, curry and seasoning powder. |
Press both sides of the fillet into the flour. |
Heat up the vegetable oil and fry until the fish flakes easily with a fork. |
Here you go, pan-seared tilapia. |
