RECIPE | Pan-seared tilapia







Thaw the frozen tilapia fillet. Rinse with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. 


Season the flour with salt, curry and seasoning powder.

 Press both sides of the fillet into the flour.

Heat up the vegetable oil and fry until the fish flakes easily with a fork. 


Here you go, pan-seared tilapia.
