RECIPE :: Moi moi with aluminium foil paper

I'm using aluminium foil paper but you can use plastic bowls, leaves etc. Learn how to use aluminium foil paper

You need: 2 medium onions, 3 cups of peeled beans, 2 large red peppers, 2 scotch bonnets, 6 cloves garlic, 2 cooking spoons crayfish, 1 cooking spoon butter, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 3 large eggs, 2 cans sardine, 1 can corned beef, salt to taste and 2 bullion cubes.

Blend the red pepper, onion, scotch bonnet, crayfish and butter.

Mix together. Add the sardine, corned beef, salt, egg, vegetable oil and bullion cube. I didn't boil the egg this time around I only beat the eggs. 

Place carefully in a steaming pot and steam for 1 hour. I like the steaming pot for moi moi. But you need to add more water at least once so it won't dry up. 

Served with fish sauce.
