This recipe made me remember my childhood days with my grandma may her soul rest in peace. Plantain chips can be fried or baked.

- Peel and slice the plantains into tiny pieces.
- Place the sliced plantains in water.
- Add salt and sugar, rub together.
- Pour into a sieve.
- Heat up the vegetable oil.
- Add the sliced plantains one after the other.
- Fry until they're golden brown.
- Place them in paper towels to absorb the excess oil and enjoy.
