Easy breakfast recipe and you can garnish with fruit.
Ingredient
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- A pinch of salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 4 thick slices bread
Tools/Equipments
Measure flour into a bowl. Add the milk, salt, egg, cinnamon and sugar. |
Whisk until smooth. |
Heat the vegetable oil. Soak bread slice in mixture until saturated. |
Cook bread on each side until golden brown. |
Serve hot with milk. |
