Ingredients
- 4 cups rice
- 8 ounces chicken
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- salt to taste
- 1 stock cube
- 1 tablespoon oregano leaves
- 1 large onion
- 1 medium red pepper
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 medium yellow pepper
- 1 medium can mixed vegetables
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cup sesame oil
- 3 large eggs
Parboil the rice. Slice/dice the onion, chicken, mixed vegetables, and mixed pepper. |
Stir-fry the sliced/diced onion and mixed pepper. |
Mix egg with soy sauce, sesame oil and fry. |
Stir-fry and season the chicken. |
Add the mixed vegetable, onion and mixed pepper to the chicken. Stir-fry and season. |
Add the parboiled rice and stir. |
Serve! |
