Recipe of the day: Chinese fried rice

Parboil the rice. Slice/dice the onion, chicken, mixed vegetables, and mixed pepper. 

Stir-fry the sliced/diced onion and mixed pepper.

Mix egg with soy sauce, sesame oil and fry.

Stir-fry and season the chicken.

Add the mixed vegetable, onion and mixed pepper to the chicken. Stir-fry and season. 

Add the parboiled rice and stir.

Serve!
