Recipe of the day: Brownie Ice-cream Cake

Hello!

This dessert is so easy to prepare with just five ingredients. It is similar to brownie sandwich. You can also use your favorite ice-cream or combination of ice-creams. 

READY IN: 50 MINUTES

    Ingredients

• Betty crocker frosted brownie mix 
• Vegetable oil 
• Egg
• Strawberry
• Whipped cream
• Hershey's chocolate syrup
• Oreo cookies and cream

   Tools/Equipments

• Baking glass
• Oven
• Plastic bowl(s)
• Knife

    Directions

• Heat oven to 350 F
• Grease the baking glass with shortening or cooking spray
• Make brownie batter as directed on box
  
• Then pour into the baking glass
• Bake for about 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted two inches from side of glass comes out almost clean
• Leave to cool or it will fall apart
• After, take it out of the glass
• Spread softened Oreo cookies and cream on brownie and freeze until cream is firm
• Cut into wedges, spray with whipped cream
• Decorate with strawberries and drizzle with Hershey's chocolate syrup

• Bake for about 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted two inches from side of glass comes out almost clean.
• Leave to cool or it will fall apart.
