Jollof rice is a popular dish in many parts of West Africa. Jollof rice can be prepared in different ways. As far as I'm concerned, the party version is the best because of the extra flavor which is smoke ^_^.

The first person I made this soup for was my dad. He was happy and he loved it. It was a special day indeed ^_^. This soup is one of my favorite' it's a yoruba soup (Western Nigeria) made from brown beans.
