- 3 cups bean flour
- 1 cup palm oil
- salt to taste
- 6 large eggs
- 1 can sardine
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 1 red pepper
- 3 scotch bonnets
- 1 large onion
- 2 teaspoons chili powder

Directions
- Boil the eggs.
- Soak the bean flour in warm water for one hour
- After one hour, pour the blended pepper, bleached palm oil and stir continuously
- Add the raw egg, seasonings & herbs, sardine and stir continuously
- Scoop the mixture into the plastic bowls and add one boiled egg into the bowls
- Pour about one cup of water into a medium sized pot and bring to boil
- After, place the bowls into the pot and cover with foil paper. Make sure the water doesn't dry up
- Steam for about 1 hour

- Be extra careful when adding salt. You can't really taste for salt until the pudding is ready.
