I was hungry and I wanted a good meal so I settled for this. I don't know if I'm the only one, but whenever I cook because 'm hungry it takes forever. It's as if the clock is ticking at a slower rate.

Ingredients
- Chicken
- Gizzard
- Rice
- Salt
- Chili powder
- Black pepper
- Thyme
- Curry
- Bouillon cube
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- Chicken seasoning
- Onion powder
- Red pepper
- Scotch bonnet
- Onion
- Olive oil
- Tomato paste

Directions
- Boil the rice with salt
- Wash, boil and season the beans (with salt, garlic powder, bouillon cube & onion powder)
- Also add the chopped onion and oil to the beans
- Wash, boil and season the chicken and gizzard (with salt, garlic powder, bouillon cube, chicken seasoning & onion powder)
- Shred the chicken and chop the gizzard'
- Blend the onion, red pepper, scotch bonnet and tomato paste
- Heat the oil, add the chopped onion and fry
- Add the blended pepper and season (with salt, chili powder, italian seasoning and bouillon cube) and leave to boil
- Add the shredded chicken, chopped gizzard and leave to cook
- Serve and enjoy
