The term fusilli is used to describe a short flattened, twisted pasta known as rotini in the United States. They are long, thick, corkscrew shaped pasta. It is spun by pressing and rolling a small rod over the tin strips of pasta to wind them around it in a corkscrew shape.

Ingredients
- Fusilli (pasta twists)
- Vegetable oil
- Honey
- Red pepper
- Scotch bonnet
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Pepper stir-fry
- Ketchup
- Sardine
- Goat meat
- Bouillon cube
- Curry
- Thyme
- Onion powder
- Salt
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
- Tomato paste

Directions
- Blend the red pepper, onion, scotch bonnet, tomatoes and tomato paste together
- Heat the oil on a medium pot
- Pour the blended pepper, season (with salt, black pepper, bouillon cube, curry, thyme, garlic pepper and onion powder) and fry
- Add water and bring to boil
- Add the pasta twist and leave to cook
- When it is almost soft, add the sardine and pepper stir-fry
- Wash the goat meat
- In a bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, bouillon cube, curry, thyme, garlic pepper and onion powder with your hands
- Cover and marinade for like 1 hour
- In a small bowl, mix the ketchup and honey
- After 1 hour, boil the meat
- Pour the mixture (Ketchup and honey) on the boiled meat and fry
- Cut the plantain and season with salt, then fry
- Garnish with onion'
- Serve and enjoy
Tips
- You could add more seasoning' to the boiled meat before frying.
- Make sure the water isn't too much when boiling the meat and cooking the fusilli
- Adding honey will make make the goat meat caramelize
