| You need: 2 medium onions, 3 cups of peeled beans, 2 large red peppers, 2 scotch bonnets, 6 cloves garlic, 2 cooking spoons crayfish, 1 cooking spoon butter, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 3 large eggs, 2 cans sardine, 1 can corned beef, salt to taste and 2 bullion cubes. |
You can use plastic bowls, leaves and plastic bags but I'm using aluminium foil paper.

To make your fish juicy or moist add vegetable oil or stock to the marinade.

I love bell peppers. You can serve this sauce with yam, rice or pasta.
It has been cold for some days now so I made potato-tilapia fillet pepper soup. It is spicy and it has an intense flavor.
I boiled the yam with sugar and salt. If you're using raw shrimp thaw it in a bowl of ice water and make sure it remains cold because warm water causes bacterial growth in raw seafood.
