Recipe of the day: Oreo cheesecake

This is one of the best cakes I have ever made. I dare you to make this luscious cake, you won't regret it!.

Ingredients: 4 eggs, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 4 tablespoons butter, 3pkg Philadelphia cream cheese, 62 oreo cookies, 1 container sour cream, 3/4 cup sugar

Put about 56 cookies in a Ziploc bag. Scrape the cream away. Crush the cookies with a rolling pin.

Pour the crushed cookies into a bowl. Add the melted butter and stir together.

Spread evenly.

Put the cream cheese, eggs (one at a time), sour cream, lemon juice, butter, sugar, cookies (6) in a blender and mix together on low speed.

Pour the mixture over crusts. Bake for 35 minutes on 325F.

Cool completely then refrigerate for 2 hours.

Garnish with Oreos.
